I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this 2-star hotel. The staff at reception, especially Sung Min, were incredibly helpful, despite their limited English ability. Sung Min went above and beyond to assist me in communicating with my car rental company, showing a level of service that exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel's location was ideal for exploring Suncheon. It's within walking distance of eateries and a local market, and close to Suncheon Station, where buses frequent. The staff were personable, caring, and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.
